Almond waffles

Tagliatelle Parma


  • Serves breakfast for 2: 

    • 75 g almond flour
    • 30 ml milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • a few drops vanilla extract


Mingle all ingredients together. You will obtain a liquid waffle batter. 

Heat your waffle iron at maximum. 

Use 3 tbsp batter per waffle. 
Bake a few minutes until they are golden brown. 

Top with some maple syrup and some fruits you like.
