Healthy chocolate ice bonbons

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

    • 1 banana 
    • 100 g peanut butter
    • 50 g ricotta or mascarpone
    • 100 g dark chocolate

Preparation:

Smash the banana, add the cheese and the peanut butter and mingle all together until you obtain a creamy batter. 

Put the batter in the freezer for 10 minutes. 

Melt the chocolate au bain marie. 

Remove the batter from the freezer and make some bonbons out of it. 
I always put the batter in the freezer a few minutes before rolling the bonbons because it makes the rolling easier. 

Drip the bonbons into the melted chocolate.

Put the bonbons on a baking sheet. The chocolate will become hard in a few seconds. Ready to eat!

If you are making more for the next day, make sure to take them out 15 minutes in advance before eating them. Otherwise they will be too hard.
