Tagliatelle Parma

    • 250 g flour
    • 20 g olive oil
    • 8 g yeast
    • 5 g salt
    • 165 g lukewarm water
    • 1 tbs linseed
    • a few sprigs of rosemary

Thank you Kris Kookt for this yummie recipe!

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.

Put the flour in a bowl. Add the water with yeast, salt, linseed, rosemary and olive oil to the flour and let the KitchenAid knead for 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth. Note, this dough will remain sticky.

Take out the dough and dust it with flour all around. Cover it and let it rise for an hour in a warm spot.

Remove the dough and dust again with flour. Now shape your ciabatta and put it on a baking plate. Cut an incision in the middle and add some more linseed, rosemary and sea salt.

Bake for  25 minutes at 200 degrees.
