 Roasted lamb

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

    • leg of lamb (we had 800 g for 2)
    • fresh rosemary
    • sea salt 
    • pancetta
    • garlic
    • butter

     

Preparation:

Cut some incisions in the lamb and push some garlic cloves, rosemary and pancetta in it. Season with pepper and sea salt. Add some pieces of butter on top. 

Roast in an oven of 180 degrees for 50 minutes for 800 g. (1 hour per kilo)
