Chickpeas with roasted paprika

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

  • For 4 servings

    • 2 cans of chickpeas
    • 2 big red paprika's
    • 2 hands full of almond flakes
    • rosemary

Preparation:

 

Roast the paprika in the oven or in a grill pan until they are soft and colored a bit blackish on the sides. 

Roast the almonds in some butter in a pan and add some fresh rosemary. 
Let is bake until the almond flakes turn brown. 

Warm the chickpeas in a pot with a splash of olive oil. Stir until they are heated. 

Serve on a plate starting with the chickpeas, then the roasted paprika and finish with the almond flakes. 

This is  truly a delicious light lunch. Perfect for when you have friends coming over.
It looks great, doesn't take much time and tastes super good. Enjoy!
