Oatmeal breakfast

Ingredients:

  • As all mornings are usually a rush here I find it often difficult to eat healthy for breakfast. I am not a yoghurt and seeds in the morning kinda person so I had to find an alternative. Luckily my best friends is also a true cooking princess and gave me this easy peasy, ready in 4 minutes breakfast! Thanks V! :-)

    • 1 banana
    • 3 spoons of oatmeal
    • 3 spoons of milk
    • 1 egg (or only the egg white) 

Preparation:

 

Smash the banana in a bowl. 
Add the milk, oatmeal and egg. 

Put in the microwave for 3 minutes. 

Turn the bowl on a plate and add some toppings of your choice. I added homemade apple sauce I made the day before and a splash of Maple syrup. 

And tadaaa, breakfast in served in less than 5 minutes!
