Fluffy pancakes

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

    • 250 g self-rising flour
    • 250 g of yoghurt
    • 2 eggs
    • 200 ml of milk
    • cinnamon 

Preparation:

 

Mix the yoghurt with the eggs and the milk.
Add the flour and mix until you obtain a thick batter. Add some cinnamon to your taste.

Bake approx 2 big spoons per pancake in a pan. Wait until you get little bubbles on top and then flip the pancake. 

Serve with your favo toppings. I used Maple syrup and fruit.
