Snickers cheesecake

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

    • 400 g of Philadelphia
    • 200 of cream
    • 120 g of butter cookies
    • 2 spoons of butter 
    • Dark chocolate (approx 100 g)
    • 100 g peanuts
    • 50 g of sugar
    • 100 ml of salted caramel 

    For the salted caramel: 

    • 100 g of sugar
    • a splash of water 
    • a pinch of salt

      Melt all together until you obtain a caramel. This can take some time and make sure to stay close!
      Once the caramel starts to color brownish it can burn immediately. 
      Then finish with 3 spoons of butter and some cream to keep a soft caramel sauce. 

Preparation:

I saw this amazing recipe on the website of my fellow blogger Macaron Manon and couldn't resist making it immediately! 

Mix the butter cookies together with the butter. Take a round mold and fold in the cookie mixture and press until you obtain a nice flat crust. Put in the fridge. 

Mix the cream with the Philadelphia and sugar for 5 to 10 minutes. Add 80 grams of chopped peanuts and 3/4 of the chopped chocolate. Then add 3/4 of the salted caramel. Stir all together. 

Then fold the creamcheese batter into the mold on top of the cookie crust.
Put back in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours. 

To finish the cheesecake put some melted chocolate and salted caramel on top and some chopped peanuts and chocolate. 

This snickers cheesecake is everything!
