Banana bread cupcakes

Ingredients:

    • 3 ripe bananas
    • 100 g sugar
    • 100 g oatmeal
    • a spalsh of milk
    • 50 g melted butter
    • roasted almonds
    • Cinnamon

Preparation:

Today I really wanted to eat banana bread and while I started making it I realized I had no eggs.
Nothing left but improvise then!  

Smash 2 ripe bananas, add the sugar + oatmeal + a teaspoon of cinnamon (or more if you're a big fan)
+ a splash of milk + the melted butter. Stir all together and pour the mixture into a mold. 

Put the mold in an oven of 180 degrees during 40-45 minutes. 

Throw some roasted almonds on top of the cupcakes before serving. Serve lukewarm. 

This no egg banana bread tasted delicious! Crispy on the outside and moisty on the inside. Perfect combo!
