Zucchini carbonara

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

    • 2 zucchinis
    • 80 g bacon cubes
    • 200 ml cream
    • Parmigiano

Preparation:

The measurements in the ingredients list serves one person. 

Take a large baking pan and bake the bacon cubes until they are crispy. 
Make tagliatelle out of the zucchinis with a vegetable peeler. 
Add them to the pan and stir until they are all dente. 

Add the cream, some Parmigiano to taste, pepper and salt and stir. 

Voilà, it is as simple as that!
