Tagliatelle Parma

    • 1 Sea bream per person (Orata is Italian for Sea Bream)
    • Cherry tomatoes in all the colors you can find
    • Provencal herbs (dried)
    • Sea salt
    • Black pepper
    • Olive oil

One of my favorite fish dishes here in Italy. Orata! Tastes good, cheap, and looks amazing on a plate!

Take a nice oven dish and put the tomatoes in it with some olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
Sometimes I also add the tiny Italian zucchini's. These I slice up in rings.

Add the fish on top of the veggies and put on some olive oil, sea salt and Provencal herbs.
Put in an oven of 180 degrees during certainly 45 minutes, depending on the weight of your fish.
I usually put the vegetables in earlier to catch some heat already. (count 15 to 20 minutes earlier)

Make sure to stir the vegetables every 10 minutes. But don't touch the fish. We don't want it to break! ;-)

Buon Appetito!
