This is the most simple but "always a winner" dinner you can make for your guests.
We usualy bake the meat on our Ofyr. I recommend you to cook it outside on the BBQ or Ofyr.
Before baking the meat outside, put it in the oven at a temperature of 50 degrees during 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
In the meantime, take a nice plate and fill it with some rocket salad. Pour some olive oil on it and some sea salt and black pepper. I usually slice some cherry tomatoes and put them along as well.
Take the meat out of the oven, flavor with some sea salt, black pepper and provencal herbs. Don't be afraid to use too much.
Then put the meat on the BBQ/Ofyr and bake it until you get a crusty crust. Then put the meat another 5 to 10 minutes in an aluminium foil.
Take the sharpest knife you have and start slicing those fingerlicking slices and smash them on the big plate full of rocket salad. Finish with some parmegiano and olive oil.
