Mingle the sugar together with the butter until it gets soft.
Add the baking powder and bicarbonate after you deluted it in a splash of water,
then add all other ingredients.
Knead until you obtain a smooth dough.
Make a bowl and wrap it in plastic foil. Preserve in the fridge for at least one hour.
Use a rolling pin and flatten the dough to approx 0,5 cm.
Cut out the shapes you like.
Put in an oven of 180 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. Until they get slightly golden.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool down on a plate.
You will notice that the cookies are still very soft when they come out of the oven.
They will get harder while cooling down.
When they are all cooled down, decorate them with a sugar glacing.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! & Buon Appetito!
