Tagliatelle Parma


    • 225 g almond powder
    • 200 g sugar 
    • 1 tsp almond extract
    • 2 egg whites 
    • pinch of salt
    • powder sugar


Beat the egg whites into snow together with a pinch of salt. 

Add the almond powder, sugar and almond extract and stir gently until you obtain a firm dough. Make sure to stir enough so all the sugar get's mingled. 

Make little balls out of the dough and roll them into the powder sugar.
Then place them on an oven plate covered with a baking sheet. 

Put into an oven of 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
