Cauliflower oven dish

Tagliatelle Parma


    • 1 cauliflower
    • 500 g minced meat 
    • 3 big carrots
    • 1/2 white cabbage 
    • 1 red bell pepper
    • a few tbs of passata 
    • 100 ml cream 
    • 4 to 5 tbs mascarpone 


Cut the white cabbage thinly and the carrots and bell pepper into cubes. 
Bake the white cabbage together with a splash of water and some olive oil in a pan with lid.
After a few minutes, add the carrots and bell pepper. 
Add some pepper and salt. 

When the vegetables are almost done, add the minced meat. Then add a few spoons of passata. 

Boil the cauliflower in some water. When the cauliflower is done, smash it together with the cream and mascarmone and bring to taste with pepper and salt. 

Pour the vegetables/minced meat mixture in an oven plate. Cover it with the mashed cauliflower. 

Put into an oven of 180 degrees until the cauliflower colors golden.
