Rigatoni al tonno

Tagliatelle Parma


  • Serves 4: 

    • 500 g rigatoni
    • 500 ml passata 
    • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
    • anchovies to taste
    • capers to taste
    • handful of green peas 
    • parmigiano


Cook the pasta al dente. 

Add all ingredients in the pasta and finish by cooking for a few minutes on a low fire.
Finish with parmigiano flakes.
