Tagliatelle al limone

Tagliatelle Parma


  • Serves for 2: 

    • 250 g tagliatelle 
    • 200 ml cream
    • 1 lemon 
    • 1 garlic clove slices thinly
    • 1/2 vegetable stock
    • parmigiano


Cook the pasta al dente. 

Fry the garlic clove in a tablespoon of olive oil. 
Add the cream, lemon juice and half a vegetable stock. 

Let it simmer for a few minutes. 

When the pasta is ready, add it to the creamy lemon sauce and finish with the lemon zest, parmigiano and a few lemon drops.
