Keto bread + feta hazelnut crust

Tagliatelle Parma

Ingredients:

  • Keto bread: 

    • 30 g almond flour
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 egg
    • 5 g butter

    Feta hazelnut crumble:

    • 50 g feta cheese
    • 50 g hazelnuts 
    • handful of parsley

Preparation:

Keto bread: 

Mingle all ingredients together in a mug. 
Microwave for 2 minutes. 
Slice the bread in two and roast both slices in a grill pan for 1 min each side. 

Feta hazelnut crumble: 

Crumble the feta together with the chopped hazelnuts and chopped parsley.
Add pepper, salt and a splash of olive oil.  
Mingle all together. 

Serve the keto bread with some feta hazelnut crumble on it.
